    If you are looking for a Health and Fitness book, look no further. This book is a joy to read. Seriously best book ever. Well worth the download. It's absoluately amazing. It's just the kind of book I have been looking for. It goes above and beyond.

    I bought this book last summer to check out and really found that the information, and the way it was presented, made sense. It seemed ideal to me, a guy that spends 12 hours a day away from home, with hardly any time to call my own. Since I've always been willing to experiment with myself, I decided to give it a try. Following the eating recommendations and workout plan for 3 months, I made enough of a transformation that people noticed. I always consumed 40-50% carbs and 35-40% protein, but when I tried to cut I would have trouble. Maybe that's why. However... this has to be a life change. Once I started slipping and allowing carbs back into my diet, I put 15 pounds right back on. The book itself is an easy read and half of it is actually the workout plan and recipes. Very motivating, to say the least. Very good buy. Recommended.
