    This purports to be an "unofficial" channel guide. It isn't clear whether the term refers to the guide, or to the channels. Some of the channels have access codes listed as though they're private channels, even though they no longer have private status. The links in the table of contents don't work. Ads for specific channels are interspersed throughout the TOC and rest of the book.
